SPECIFICATION FOR 120 MINUTES RATED STEEL FIRE DOORS

Supply of 46mm thick 120 minutes rated fire proof steel door of approved make fabricated with door frame 143 x 57mm and 2 nos. 1.2mm thick galvanised sheet with infill of fire rated material sandwitched to both faces of sheet with lock seam joints at stile edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottom, hinges and stile edges for fire rating. The door frames are manufactured from 1.6 mm thick galvanised steel sheet pressed from to double rebate profile . The door frames and door shutters are finished with zinc chromate primer and fire retardent paints (Powder Coated )of approved colour.
